Revelations of the Seventeenth Century

Our Lord chose the Seventeenth century to reveal His Sacred Heart to a young sister of the Visitation Order at Paray-le-Monial, France. St Margaret Mary Alacoque had only been admitted to the profession of her vows the previous year when, in December 1673 on the Feast of St. John the Evangelist, our Lord appeared to her. He revealed His Sacred Heart and invited her to rest her head upon His breast as He had invited His beloved disciple all those centuries ago.

All over Europe, especially in the nations carved away from the Christendom, the need to hear this fundamental truth was very great. Wars made by the Protestant sectarians with loans from the Synagogue had raged against the nation states of the Holy Roman Empire for much of the previous century.

The political solution had failed. Emperor Ferdinand II had unsuccessfully attempted to impose the faith of the Roman Catholic Church as the basis of social order and law throughout the empire. He was defeated in this by an alliance of France and Sweden which forced the Habsburgs and the newly minted and seceded Protestant states to conclude the Thirty Years War and the Eighty Years War in the Peace of Westphalia 1648.

The Peace could not, however, change the fact that the wars of the Reformation had overthrown the Kingship of Christ and the Church as the basis of Christian social order in many nations. It could not change the new social foundation for nations like England, Germany and the Low Countries where entire segments of the populations were under penal law or nations like Ireland where the entire population was under penal law. Nor could it change that the Protestant nations had become subject to regimes based on monopoly capital.

In the nation state of France, the Edict of Nantes 1598 had effectively established a Calvinist state within the sovereign Kingdom of France and its nation state. A central bank monetized the debt of the Huguenot state to the Synagogue for their war of secession. Usury was the new basis of social and economic order for a part of the French population and their Calvinist state. In the Low Countries, the Dutch Protestants also were under the central bank regime of the Amsterdamse Wisselbank through which the Synagogue monetized their debt for their secessionist war against King Pillippe II of Spain.

Thus, the wars of the Reformation caused Europe’s economic centre to be shifted from the Mediterranean to France, Amsterdam and London. The role of the Synagogue in the rise of the great usurious Protestant capitalist powers is historically well documented:

Brief history of usury in Europe written from a contemporary perspective.

From the vantage point of the post Christian, post modern West , this is only too evident. But in France, then at the height of its cultural influence and power under the Sun King, Louis XIV, a golden era beckoned in the security of the Peace of Westphalia. The Swedish protestants and the French Catholics were in agreement: the wars of the Reformation were settled.

In the latter half of the seventeenth century, France was at peace. The invasion of Europe by the Ottoman Empire was defeated at Vienna 1683 by the Holy Roman Empire through the Holy League nations. The Islamic caliphate had been removed from the Iberian Peninsula and defeated at Lepanto a century earlier. Europe was at peace and the court of Versailles was the wealthiest and most aristocratic court in all of Europe.

The idea of a revelation of the Sacred Heart as a new Oriflamme and an invitation to the French king to lead the armies of the Lord of Hosts to victory against the enemies of the Church and the Christendom must have sounded at best quaint and at worst ominously Biblical to the French court at Fontainebleau and Versailles. And besides, the Protestants and the Catholics had a treaty. The wars of the Reformation were concluded. What remained, was for nation states to work together for prosperity within the framework of the Peace.

However, a mere twenty years after the appearance of the Sacred Heart in France, the financial base and platform of our present Revolutionary Era was established. The Corporation of The City on the square mile of London was chartered July 27, 1694. There would be no peace.

The governor of the Bank of England, Vincent Cartwright Vickers 1919, called The City, “an international, financial oligarchy”. He claimed it was responsible for the wars of the world. “The British Commonwealth has been organising and financing colonial conquest, settlement and multi-national war since 1689” he stated when he resigned the governorship. (The Empire of the City by E.D. Knuth 1943, p. 60)

The French Revolution 1789 was merely one of the multi-national wars to which Vickers refers. Therefore, it might be more accurate to say that the Revolution begins with the establishment of The Corporation of The City 1694. This was the determinate outcome of the English Revolution 1642 in which the English Parliamentarians put up the title deeds to all estates in three nations as collateral on loans from the Synagogue.  The title or original deeds of all estates in Britain, Ireland and Scotland were put up by the Parliamentarians  for the New Model Army that was hired, equipped and provisioned on the continent and then shipped back to England to fight the standing , national army of Charles Stewart, King of England.

Archibald Maule Ramsay. The Nameless War. Captain Ramsay was a member of Parliament for Midlothian. He was imprisoned by Winston Churchill during WWII because of his insider knowledge. In The Nameless War, Ramsay wrote of the loans of the Great Synagogue of Mulheim-an-der-Ruhr to English Parliamentarians for their Civil War 1642 against the national armies of England and Scotland under the reigning monarch Charles I.

Thus , our present Revolutionary Era should be understood as a single Revolution and marked by its phases. The Great Revolution 1789 in France, properly begins with the English Revolution 1642 and the objective of the Creditors was achieved in the charter of the Corporation of The City 1694.

It is now a matter of historical record that this Revolution was made by the international , financial oligarchy with the intent of capturing nation states and their populations. Objectively, all nations of The West have fallen to it. And over these subject peoples, a shabbos goy , Masonic political class imposes a central bank to monetise the national debt for the Revolution through the credit issue – credit that will be loaned to the government at compounding interest and put into circulation as currency.

This is the Fifth Plank of the Communist Manifesto of Karl Marx 1848.

In the Communist phase of the Revolution (the twentieth century), the central bank of captured nations and their governments were vertically integrated into the cartel, the Bank of International Settlements. In his Manifesto, Marx ingenuously refers to the “concentration of credit in the hands of the state”. However, the central bank which owns the state (as , for example, The Fed owns the fedgovusa) does not belong to the state, it is owned by the “the international, financial oligarchy” – a private , dynastic interest. And in the globalist Ttotalitarian phase of this Revolution, the Zionist phase, it should be clear to all there is de facto no separation between Synagogue and state.

Usury is mandated as the basis of the economy for all nations captured by the “international , financial oligarchy”. This is because the credit issue, the currency of its money supply is loaned into circulation at interest. The debt/money system itself is the instrument of mass slavery and degradation for mass populations. This is the real reason why it “is a recognised and acknowledged fact that the economic structure of the world is out of alignment , out of truth” as Vincent Vickers states in Economic Tribulation (1941).

In our own time, it is to nations captured by the “international , financial oligarchy” and its Revolution that the revelations of the Sacred Heart are now given and the Evangel of “the Gospel of the Kingdom” is now addressed. It is to the Money Potentates that the Psalmist makes reference: “And all kings of the earth shall adore him (Messiah): all nations shall serve him. For he shall deliver the poor from the mighty and the needy that had no helper. He shall spare them and save the souls of the poor. He shall redeem their souls from usuries and iniquity: and their names shall be honourable in his sight.” Psalm 71.

“And Jesus coming, spoke to them saying: ‘All power is given me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptising them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world’.” Matthew 28:18-20 DRV

Our present Revolutionary Era (1642 – ?), is the time when the Church meditates upon and teaches “The Social Reign of Christ the King” in the context of Our Lord’s Sacred Heart. And in the ordinary, constant magisterium, the Pontiffs have published consistently against the errors which oppose our Lord’s Reign beginning with Quanta Cura of Pope Pius IX and its appended “Syllabus of Errors” (given at Rome for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, December 8, 1864)

The “Syllabus” enjoins Catholics to combat the errors propagated by the French Revolution 1789. It was ratified by a succession of popes right up until the Vatican Council II. But with the Council, of course, all of this was swept away. “Vatican Council II is the French Revolution in the Church” admitted Cardinal Suenens. For the architects, like Suenens, Vatican Council II marked not only the end of an epoch, but “the end of an age” and the culmination of the Communist phase of the Great Revolution formally inaugurated in France 1789.

The Council wrote its own syllabus of errors contra the irreformable Catholic dogma of the popes who had explained and anathematised the errors of the Council long before Vatican II. Indeed, one of its constitutions, “Gaudium et spes” , a virtual compendium of those errors, was especially approved by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger as a “counter Syllabus of Errors”.

Since the establishment of the Conciliar church and its teaching authority, Catholics are no longer directed to combat the errors enumerated in the Syllabus of Pope Pius IX. And the social reign of Christ the King is no longer proclaimed against these errors. Devotion to the Sacred Heart is no longer practised as an allegiance to Christ’s Reign.

“The Kingship of Our Redeemer does not extend only to Catholic nations, or only to those who, purified by holy Baptism belong to the Church by right” the Church teaches.” His Kingship “embraces all human beings who do not have the true Christian Faith, so that in all truth, the universality of humankind is subjected to the power of Jesus Christ.” Quas Primas : The Social Reign of Christ the King. It is the traditional teachings of the Church on the subject Our Divine Lord’s kingship which have the warrant of the sacred scriptures, not the Cultural Marxist ‘take’ of the Conciliar constitutions. The former are the teachings which provide the true basis for any ‘ecumenical’ dialogue with the Protestants. Indeed, Protestants basing themselves on sola scriptura, even on their abridged Bibles with many books removed, have a better foundation in the traditional Catholic teaching of the Church than Catholics following Conciliar constitutions like “Gaudium et spes” and working for the social justice apostolates of Cultural Marxism.

Bearing in mind that the new creature of which Paul speaks (Galatians 6) relates to the New Covenant itself as the Israel of God (Gal. 6.16), the Church is the spiritual remnant of Israel.  The Church is the heir of the Old Covenant which was established to pre-figure and prepare for the Advent of Messiah. As Messiah, “The Lord Jesus Christ instituted the Twelve as ‘the seeds of the new Israel and the beginning of the sacred hierarchy’.” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 877, Galatians 6:16)

And this New Covenant is to be the kingdom order for all nations as the Gospel of Matthew clearly teaches.

“They therefore who were come together, asked Him: ‘Lord, wilt Thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?’ But He said to them: ‘It is not for you to know time or moments that the Father hath put in His own power. But you will receive the power of the Holy Ghost coming upon you. And you shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and even to the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1: 6- 8. “Afterwards, the end, when He shall have delivered up the kingdom to God and the Father, when he shall have brought to nought all principality and power and virtue. For he must reign, until he hath put all his enemies under His feet.” 1 Cor 15.24, 25 DRV

Such truths , so inconvenient to the Conciliar church, should highlight for us one of the many ironies of the Great Apostasy. The Protestants who are based on sola scriptura and reject the Scofield Reference Bible and Dispensationalism are actually based on the social Kingship of Christ and Catholic truth of sacred scripture. They hold with Quas Primas (even though they have never heard of it) whereas Conciliar Catholics (who probably haven’t heard of it either) following Vatican Council II and constitutions like Gaudium et spes have based themselves upon the errors created for the ruin of the Church and the Christian social order.

From the truths of revelation, which the Church holds as a sacred deposit, it follows that the entire history of the Adamic race (human history) is subjected to Christ as Eternal Logos of the creation itself, subject to Him as Redeemer and subject to Him as King. In all the centuries of years that fall under Anno Domini, our history will thus be a ‘working out’ of the acceptance or rejection of the Divine Redeemer and His Church as the Kingdom order and social foundation of all nations, their states, societies and governments.

Certainly this doctrine of Quas Primas envisions that the government of the nation state will be established upon the Church and belong to our Lord’s Kingdom order for all nations. And upon that foundation, the government of the baptised nation will legislate through the faith and morals of the Church.

We know from the history of the oecumene and the Holy Roman Empire that baptised nations and their states instituted a range of political institutions and practices upon the ecclesial foundation. Parliamentary forms of legislative government were created by baptised nations for this foundation – not democracies of popular vote.

The national museums of most European nations exhibit many paintings and art works that depict the baptism of the ethnic peoples who formed the nation states, city states and principalities of the European Christendoms.

For example, the two nation states for which Heaven has sought specific consecration in the consummation of the age: France and Russia, display many art works of the baptism of the nation.

From the scriptures, we know that the “end” or “consummation of the world” is to be realised when the Gospel of the Kingdom has been proclaimed to all nations. And, as we now see, the nations have rejected it – in the main – especially at the level of government (principality) and power. Even the nations which once were baptised into Christ as nations, their governments which had previously founded their social order upon the Church have ‘uncrowned Him’ in the Revolution inaugurated 1789.

They have gone after the liberty of democracy and the rights of man, the fraternity of the Masonic Lodge and the equality of the Levellers and Communism under non-separation of Synagogue and state.

So now things are going to happen, as one might expect, if the Christian faith is true and its history in the world does indeed reveal the prophesy of the Evangelist when he wrote of the Logos and the judgement of the world. “And this is the judgement : the Light has come into the world and men have loved darkness rather than light , for their works were evil.” John 3:19 DRV

France of the seventeenth century Anno Domini is where Our Lord set forth his proposals to the King of France, proposals that were framed to meet the battles that would soon commence in the time we know today as the Revolutionary Era – formally inaugurated in the French Revolution 1789.  These proposals formed part of the revelation of the Sacred Heart to St Margaret Mary Alacoque, this is a royalist and aristocratic devotion to the Sacred Heart, our Lord’s Kingship and His social reign.

It is clear from the proposals of Christ our King to the King of France that He intended the King of France and the French kingdom to defeat His enemies and the enemies of the Christendom right at the beginning of the Great Revolution. That the King of France did not act upon the proposals of Our Lord is now a matter of history. So from the vantage point of our Revolutionary Era (1642 – ? A.D.), the secular timeline of European historical events only shows to us that the seventeenth century is the century in which the post Christian West began to take the definitive shape we see today. And we see also in this century, that the Synagogue of Satan laid the financial foundation of their Communist world state in 1694 – a foundation from which the errors of the Revolution 1789 would spring.

Right at the dawn of our Revolutionary Era, St Margaret Mary Alacoque wrote to her religious Superior that the revelations of the Sacred Heart are the last effort of the Saviour to draw sinners to repentance and to give them abundantly efficacious and sanctifying graces to work out their salvation. The Letters of St Margaret Mary Alacoque : Apostle of the Sacred Heart. 1997 edition (Rockford, Illinois : Tan Books and Publishers Inc.) p. 152.

June 17 1689. Through St Margaret Mary Alacoque, Our Lord asked the King of France for the consecration of France to His Sacred Heart. He desired the homage of the King and his whole court to the Sacred Heart as an icon of His Kingship. For if the King would pledge his heart to the Sacred Heart of Our Lord, then by this mediation would the Sacred Heart reign over the great ones of the world, over nations and families, beginning with France and the French nobility.

St Margaret Mary wrote that by means of devotion to His Sacred Heart, Our Lord intends to restore life to many souls, withdrawing them from the empire of Satan and establishing within them, the empire of His love. “He will not allow any to perish who are consecrated to Him and who give Him all their homage and love with a sincere good will and get others to do the same in so far as they can.”(p. 146-47)

“He desires, then” she wrote “to enter with pomp and splendour into the palaces of princes and kings. He wants to be honoured there as much as He was outraged, condemned and humiliated in His Passion.”

“Here are the words I heard with regard to our king (Louis XIV) : ‘Make known to the eldest son of My Sacred Heart that , as his temporal birth was obtained by devotion to My Holy Infancy, so will he obtain birth into grace and eternal glory by consecrating himself to My adorable Heart. It wants to triumph over him and through him over the hearts of the great ones of the earth. It wants to reign in his palace, be painted on his standards and engraved on his arms, so that he may be victorious over all his enemies. It wants to bring low these proud and stubborn heads and make him triumphant over all the enemies of Holy Church’. “ (p. 147)

“The eternal Father, wishing to have reparation made for the bitter anguish the adorable Heart of His Son suffered in the palaces of the princes of this world from the humiliations and outrages of His Passion, wants to establish His empire in the court of our great monarch. He wants to make use of him to carry out a certain design He has in mind. He wants to have it done in this way.

“He wants to have a church built and a picture of this divine Heart placed in it, and there receive the consecration and homage of the king and his whole court. This divine Heart wishes too, to be the protector and defender of (the king’s) sacred person against all his enemies visible and invisible. By means of this devotion, He wants to defend him and make his salvation sure. He has chosen our king as His faithful friend so that he might have the Mass in honour of the Sacred Heart approved by the Holy See and obtain all the other privileges this devotion should have. [note 44]

“Through this devotion, He wants to dispense to (the King of France) the treasures of His graces and sanctification and salvation and to shower His blessings on all his undertakings. He will make them redound to His Own glory by granting happy success to his armies so as to make him triumphant over the malice of his enemies. Happy, then , shall he be if he takes to this devotion. It will set up for him an eternal reign of honour and glory in this Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Lord Himself will assume the responsibility of raising him up and making him glorious in heaven before God, His Father, in proportion as this great monarch is careful to make reparation for the insults and humiliations this divine Heart suffered from men. This will be effected by rendering and procuring for Him the honour , love and glory which He expects. (p. 160)

Sadly the French king declined the request of Our Lord to have France consecrated the Sacred Heart. His successors Louis XV and XVI also declined.

June 17 1789. On the Feast of the Sacred Heart, the Synagogue of Satan and its Grand Orient Freemasonic Lodge were ready to inaugurate the Revolution through its Jacobin Agentur. The Third Estate proclaimed itself the National Assembly. They stripped King Louis XVI of his power exactly as the United Grand Lodge of England and the Scottish Rite had done to Charles I in England. The Jacobins of the Grand Orient executed King Louis XVI by guillotine four years later Jan 21 1793.

In less than ten years, Napoleon, the heir of the Revolution, would take the Revolution begun in France to the Holy Roman Emperor Francis II and the Russian Emperor Alexander I and defeat them at Austerlitz. In 1806, the Holy Roman Empire ended with the abdication of Francis II. Then the Revolution would commence the long march to overthrow the throne and altar of every Catholic nation state in Europe and the nations of its colonies.
